Requirements:

Master's degree in Marketing or a relevant field

Minimum 10+ years of sales leadership experience

Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

Ability to lead, motivate, and manage sales teams effectively
