Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for a Sales Manager located in Karachi Division. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include prospecting new clients, maintaining client relationships, negotiating and closing deals, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Sales management experience, leadership, and team management skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to analyze sales data and prepare reports
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
