The Mark Skincare is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and inspire a sales team of four professionals. This role requires a candidate with a proven track record in sales strategy development and team leadership, preferably with experience in the FMCG or skincare industry. The Sales Manager is responsible for setting ambitious sales targets, monitoring key performance indicators, and driving the team towards achieving company objectives. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential to foster client relationships and close sales effectively. This position demands a self-motivated individual with a result-oriented mindset, capable of managing sales operations while supporting team growth and development. Regular travel for market visits will be a key aspect of this role, providing hands-on support and cultivating business opportunities.
Responsibilities
 

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals to drive revenue growth in the skincare market.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of four sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities and potential challenges.
  • Manage client relationships through proactive communication and negotiation to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports using basic MS Excel functions to track performance and inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales campaigns and promotional activities with market demands.
  • Ensure timely and efficient order processing and delivery by coordinating with supply chain and logistics departments.
  • Plan and undertake regular travel for market visits to provide on-ground support, gather field insights, and build deeper client connections.
  • Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation of sales team members to maintain a high-performing workforce.
  • Enforce compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements within the sales operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize sales processes, increase efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
