  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the territory.
  • Manage, service, and grow relationships with existing stockists and retailers, ensuring regular orders and timely follow-up.
  • Identify, onboard, and develop new stockists and retail outlets to expand market coverage and increase numeric distribution.
  • Conduct regular market visits as per a planned beat/journey plan, ensuring full coverage of the assigned area.
  • Ensure product availability, correct pricing, and strong merchandising and shelf presence at retail points.
  • Collect and process orders, coordinate with the Outlet, and follow up on deliveries and outstanding payments/recoveries.
  • Promote new product launches and run trade and consumer activations as directed.
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing, schemes, and new products, and report findings to the Sales Manager.
  • Maintain accurate records of visits, sales, stockist data, prepare daily report must be submitted at outlet and your daily work log must be uploaded to the WhatsApp group every day.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments from customers, and the payment should be handed over at the outlet on a daily basis.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally to maintain brand reputation.
  • Ensure compliance with company sales policies, the stockist discount policy, and credit terms.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (intermediate with strong experience may be considered).
  • 1–3 years of field sales experience, preferably in FMCG, stationery, art supplies, or a distribution-led business.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing trade relationships.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Valid driving licence and own motorbike/vehicle preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Good communication skills in Urdu and English; regional language an advantage.
  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently in the field.
  • Basic numeracy and reporting skills; familiarity with mobile sales/ERP apps is a plus.
  • Well-organised, disciplined in route planning, and reliable in follow-through.
