Japan Textile Group is seeking motivated and skilled professionals to join our dynamic team in three distinct roles: Salesman for Mens Boutique & Unstitched Fabric, E-Commerce Executive, and Accountant. These positions require individuals with a strong commitment to excellence, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. The roles involve direct customer interaction, financial accuracy, and digital commerce management, all contributing to the overall success and growth of the company. While these roles do not involve managing a team, collaboration within departments and cross-functional coordination are essential. The Salesman position focuses on providing expert advice and selling high-quality mens fabrics and custom tailoring services, requiring excellent measurement skills and a professional demeanor. The E-Commerce Executive role demands proficiency in managing online product listings, processing orders, and supporting digital marketing efforts. The Accountant position involves maintaining accurate financial records, preparing detailed reports, and managing inventory entries with honesty and precision. Candidates must have at least two years of relevant experience and be ready to contribute to Japan Textile Groups commitment to exceptional service and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
 

  • Sell mens unstitched fabrics and custom tailoring services, ensuring a professional and engaging customer experience.
  • Guide customers in fabric and design selection, using expert knowledge of fashion and textiles.
  • Take precise body measurements for various traditional and modern men's apparel, ensuring proper fitting and customization.
  • Generate sales orders accurately while maintaining high standards of customer service and follow-up.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets through proactive customer relationship management and effective sales techniques.
  • Manage online product listings, pricing, inventory, and order processing through Shopify and other digital platforms.
  • Coordinate order dispatch in a timely manner while ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to support campaigns, promotions, and optimize sales through e-commerce channels.
  • Monitor website performance and sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Handle customer inquiries through digital communication channels efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain daily accounting records including sales, purchases, expenses, receivables, and payables with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Reconcile cash, bank, and supplier ledgers to ensure financial integrity and correct discrepancies promptly.
  • Prepare daily and monthly financial reports that provide clear insights into company financial status.
  • Manage inventory and stock-related accounting entries to keep records up to date and support business operations.
  • Use accounting software and Excel proficiently to maintain organized and accurate financial data.
  • Maintain honesty, organizational skills, and detail orientation in all financial tasks to uphold company standards.
