Key Responsibilities:

Design & Deliver High-Impact Training Programs: Develop engaging and effective training sessions tailored to enhance the skills of our sales and customer support teams.
Coach & Mentor Agents: Provide ongoing guidance and support to help agents unleash their full potential and exceed performance expectations.
Measure & Track Success: Assess the effectiveness of training programs and continuously improve them based on feedback and performance metrics.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven Training Experience: Previous experience in a training role, preferably within sales or customer support.
