Job Description

• Lead end-to-end security operations at Dhabeji, ensuring full compliance with approved policies, SOPs, and access controls.
• Exercise complete command over gate operations, material movement, and personnel verification with strict documentation and zero deviation.
• Ensure continuous surveillance and rapid response to security threats, incidents, or emergencies in coordination with Head of Security.
• Control and verify movement of raw materials, finished goods, scrap, and assets in close coordination with Logistics, Stores, and Production.
• Manage, deploy, and monitor company and third-party security staff; ensure discipline, training, balanced deployment, and performance standards.
• Conduct security risk assessments, emergency preparedness, drills, and business continuity planning.
• Maintain strong liaison with local administration, law enforcement, and intelligence agencies; represent the company at an operational level.
• Oversee security SOPs, weapons compliance, incident reporting, and act as principal security advisor to management.

Qualifications & Experience Education: Preferably Masters (in relevant field)

Experience: 9 - 10 years of experience in industrial or plant security, with at least 5–7 years in a senior leadership role managing large teams.

• Strong expertise in risk management, gate and material control and coordination with law enforcement agencies.
