The Role
Role Title: Senior Compliance Specialist - HR
Location: Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad (Remote)
Reports To: Manager, Compliance Operations
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Compliance & ESG Operations Specialist to support day-to-day execution of our global compliance program and ESG initiatives.
This is an entry-level role suited for someone with 2–3 years of experience who is looking to build a career in compliance, ethics, or ESG. The role focuses on operational support, coordination, and data management—ensuring programs are effectively implemented and documented at the local level.
What will be your key deliverables
Compliance Operations Support
Support implementation of global compliance policies and processes at the local level
Provide administrative support for internal investigations, including scheduling, documentation, and data gathering
Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, investigations, and case tracking
Coordinate compliance projects and initiatives, tracking timelines and deliverables
Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and internal updates for compliance leadership
ESG Program Support
Support execution of ESG initiatives and data collection across business functions
Assist with ESG reporting requirements, including responses to external assessments (e.g., EcoVadis)
Track ESG metrics and help maintain documentation for audits and disclosures
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather ESG-related data and ensure consistency
Cross-Functional Coordination
Liaise with HR, IT, Finance, and other teams to support compliance requests and data needs
Help ensure consistent communication and follow-through on compliance-related tasks
Data & Confidentiality
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Ensure proper documentation, organization, and secure handling of records
Who you are
5+ years of experience in compliance, legal operations, HR, audit, or similar support roles
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, HR, or related field
Exposure to compliance, ESG, risk, or legal functions
Experience supporting investigations, audits, or reporting processes
Familiarity with compliance tools or case management systems
