Role Description The Senior Manager – Real Estate & Lease Management is a full-time, on-site role based in Karachi, responsible for overseeing the real estate portfolio and lease operations for BTCM Consulting’s client, Break Time Corner Market. The role involves managing existing properties, negotiating and renewing leases, and identifying new commercial real estate opportunities that align with the client’s expansion strategy. The Senior Manager will coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate lease administration, compliance with contractual obligations, and timely resolution of property-related issues. Day-to-day activities include maintaining lease records, reviewing financial and legal terms, monitoring property performance, and supporting strategic decisions on acquisitions, disposals, and site improvements. The role also requires regular site visits, stakeholder communication, and preparation of reports and recommendations for senior leadership.
Qualifications
 

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Property Management to oversee multiple sites and ensure smooth, compliant operations.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Lease Administration and Leases to manage contracts, renewals, documentation, and compliance.
• Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate to support site selection, negotiations, and portfolio optimization.
• Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
• Several years of progressive experience in real estate and lease management, preferably in retail, convenience, or gas station portfolios.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and negotiation abilities, with attention to detail and contract review skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across legal, finance, operations, and external partners.
• Proficiency in MS Office and lease/property management systems; familiarity with local real estate regulations and market dynamics in Karachi.
