Work Hours: 6 PM – 3 AM / Night Shift

Experience Required: 4+ years

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy in order to increase our online presence, improve marketing efforts, and engage with our audience across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.)
Manage and oversee social media content calendar and posting schedule
Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency
Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports on social media ROI
Manage paid social campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram promotions, etc.)
Respond to followers’ comments and messages in a timely manner
Build and manage partnerships with influencers and other brand collaborators
Develop and execute community engagement strategies across all social media platforms.
Actively monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers in the industry.
Develop and manage influencer outreach campaigns, including negotiations, contracts, and content planning.
