Social Media Specialist

We are seeking a Social Media Specialist with strong experience in Forex, FinTech, or related financial markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media channels, creating engaging content, and executing data-driven strategies to grow our digital presence and support lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage social media content calendars across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, YouTube, etc.).
• Create and publish engaging and relevant content tailored for each platform.
• Run and optimize paid social media campaigns to drive reach, engagement, and conversions .Monitor key performance metrics and adjust strategies based on insights.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging. Track competitor activity and stay current with social media trends.
• Prepare performance reports and suggest improvements for campaign effectiveness.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 4+ years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in Forex, financial services, or trading sectors. Strong understanding of financial markets and ability to tailor content for finance-savvy audiences.
• Excellent communication skills and creative mindset .Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
• Strong knowledge of analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics).Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Familiarity with paid social advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).Basic video editing skills (e.g., Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar) are a plus.
• Knowledge of SEO for social media, hashtag strategy, and platform algorithms
