Senior Surveillance Officer

Position: Senior Surveillance Officer

Working Hours: Night Shift (6 am-6 pm)

Working Days: Monday-Saturday (Including Sundays)

Education: Intermediate or Bachelor's degree

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage surveillance systems to identify non-compliance, fraudulent activity, and hazards in client enterprises such as Warehouses, Supermarkets etc
• Oversee and assist the surveillance team to guarantee optimal performance
• Assist and mentor younger team members
• To find suspect activity, create reports, and suggest actions, use sophisticated surveillance tools
• Create and provide comprehensive surveillance reports that provide management and clients with practical insights and solutions
• Ensure that surveillance practices comply with company policies and industry codes
• In the event of a security incident, respond quickly while making sure that the proper documentation and follow-up measures are taken
• Be available to work on Sundays to provide surveillance coverage
• Being adaptable and quick to react are essential for the position
