Position Overview

We are hiring Senior Video Editors to create highly engaging video content optimized for:

• Audience retention
• Watch time
• Engagement
• Viral performance

This is a structured, full-time position for experienced editors who can consistently deliver high-quality work, manage deadlines efficiently, and maintain strong communication within a fast-paced production environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• 130,000 PKR/month starting salary
• Quarterly performance bonuses up to 20% of total quarterly salary
• 10 paid holidays annually
• 10 vacation days annually
• 4 paid sick days annually

Bonuses are based on editing quality, retention and watch time performance, reliability, communication, deadline consistency, and overall contribution and performance.

This is a long-term, structured role for editors who value accountability, consistency, and career growth.

Expectations

• Editors will be expected to produce approximately:
• 25–30 high-quality three-minute edits per week

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional video editing experience
• Advanced Adobe Premiere Pro skills
• Extensive experience editing social media video content
• Strong understanding of audience retention and performance-driven editing
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Ability to implement feedback quickly and professionally
• Strong reliability and deadline management
