Job Description

SpeedXTransfer is seeking a skilled SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist with at least two years of proven experience in optimizing websites for search engines and generating quality leads. The ideal candidate applies expertise in search engine optimization, keyword research, and social media marketing to enhance the companys online presence and drive organic traffic. This role focuses on analyzing SEO performance using auditing tools and refining on-page elements such as meta tags to improve rankings across major search engines. The candidate effectively manages multiple projects but does not lead a team directly. The specialist collaborates with marketing and content teams to develop targeted strategies that increase visibility and engagement. They monitor performance metrics through platforms like Google Search Console and continually adjust techniques to align with current SEO best practices. This position requires a proactive approach in identifying new opportunities for growth and an ability to produce measurable improvements in lead generation through digital marketing efforts.

Responsibilities
 

• Conduct thorough keyword research to identify valuable search terms that align with business goals.
• Perform comprehensive SEO audits to evaluate current website performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Optimize website content and structure using on-page SEO techniques, including meta tag optimization, headings, and internal linking.
• Develop and execute effective social media marketing campaigns to complement SEO efforts and boost online presence.
• Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using Google Search Console and other SEO tools to track progress and identify trends.
• Implement strategies to increase organic traffic and enhance lead generation through targeted digital marketing initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure ongoing competitive advantage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies and maximize digital impact without direct team management responsibilities.
• Create reports summarizing SEO performance and marketing campaign outcomes to inform stakeholders and guide future strategies.
• Continuously test and refine SEO tactics to improve search engine rankings and user engagement effectively.
