Our SEO approach focuses on aligning search intent with relevant pages, maintaining a solid website structure, and providing clear, actionable reporting. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research, analyze search intent, and review competitor pages to group findings around relevant page topics.
- Assist in improving page titles, meta descriptions, headings, content, and internal linking based on approved briefs.
- Identify common website issues such as broken links, incorrect canonical tags, accidental noindex settings, and weak page structure. Document findings and seek approval before making significant changes.
- Support content research and update WordPress or other CMS platforms, ensuring accuracy and readability.
- Learn to utilize tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO audit software to monitor indexing, organic traffic, and page performance.
- Maintain clear records of tasks, evidence, and outcomes, communicating uncertainties honestly rather than making assumptions.

Required Qualifications
- Basic understanding of crawling, indexing, search intent, and on-page SEO principles.
- Strong attention to detail, careful research skills, and clear written communication.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets to organize and analyze data.
- Open to learning from feedback and verifying work thoroughly before completion.
- Ability to discuss a relevant project such as a course exercise, personal website, student project, or small real-world example; prior professional agency experience is not necessary.
- Availability to work in-person at our Karachi office according to the confirmed internship schedule.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Familiarity with WordPress, basic HTML, Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, or similar SEO tools is helpful but not mandatory. Practical experience is valued more than theoretical knowledge or tool familiarity without hands-on use.
- No requirement for paid software subscriptions or access to premium tools.
- This internship is a three-month, in-person opportunity based in Karachi, offering a monthly stipend ranging from PKR 10,000 to 20,000.

Candidates will be asked to respond to application questions designed to assess practical SEO understanding, including how they would troubleshoot a new service page not appearing in Google, select keywords for a service page, address broken internal links and duplicate page titles, and describe their experience using AI tools to assist with SEO tasks.

This role is focused specifically on SEO tasks and does not involve general campaign support or social media management. By the end of the internship, participants will gain confidence in explaining search intent targeting, identifying common website issues, and documenting their improvements clearly.
