Service Engineer

We’re looking for a Service Engineer to join our growing team and work with high-tech industrial, analytical, and scientific equipment used in laboratories, QC departments, universities, pharmaceuticals, textiles, and more.

What You’ll Do: 

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot analytical and scientific equipment
• Provide on-site customer support and basic application training
• Attend service calls and prepare accurate service reports
• Identify additional equipment needs during customer visits and support lead generation
• Travel within Islamabad / Rawalpindi for field support

Qualifications: 

• DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering) in Electronics
• Fresh candidates or up to 1 year of experience in scientific or analytical equipment preferred

• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Basic proficiency in Excel, Word, and email
• Ability to ride a motorbike (field visits required)
• Professional English communication
