Job Details:

• Location: DHA Phase 2 Extension, Karachi
• Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite
• Working Hours: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM, Monday to Friday

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media marketing, content planning, community engagement, and basic email marketing. They should also stay up to date with the latest social media trends, platform algorithms, and content strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage social media content calendars and posting schedules.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across multiple social media platforms.
• Manage social media groups, community engagement, and group postings.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Develop creative content ideas to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Monitor social media performance, engagement, and audience growth.
• Assist with email marketing campaigns, including content preparation, scheduling, and basic performance tracking.
• Monitor competitors and identify opportunities to improve social media reach and engagement.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience managing multiple social media platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and content strategies.
• Experience managing content calendars and social media posting schedules.
• Basic hands-on experience with email marketing.
• Strong written communication and content creation skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop fresh and engaging content ideas.
• Ability to analyze social media performance and identify areas for improvement.
• B2B marketing experience will be considered a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
