We’re Hiring an "AI-Powered Social Media Manager" at TECHNEXIA

We don’t run standard social media accounts; we build digital dominance. At TECHNEXIA, we merge creative strategy with high-leverage AI tools and automation to drive high-growth multi-brand ecosystems. We are looking for an AI-First Social Media Manager who leverages generative AI tools, automation, and data analytics to speed up content production, create viral hooks and lead strategic client relationships.

What You’ll Do:
* Client Collaboration: Lead ideation calls, present performance decks, and align on brand vision.
* AI-Driven Strategy: Use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Canva to streamline scripts, hooks, and ad copy.
* Automated Operations: Build and schedule monthly calendars using modern automation stacks.
* Creative & Community: Direct visual assets with designers, script short-form videos/Reels, and lead smart community management.
* Performance Marketing: Plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

What We’re Looking For:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
* Experience: 2–4 years managing multi-channel accounts (Agency background preferred).
* AI Fluency: Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into daily workflows.
* Client Pitching: Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
* Portfolio: Must share live work, short-form video concepts, or AI-assisted campaigns.
