Tradition Cards & Printers is looking for a creative, experienced and responsible Social Media Specialist & Content Creator who can take our social media presence to the next level.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2–3+ years of professional experience in a reputable Social Media / Digital Marketing Agency
• Experience managing Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube & LinkedIn
• Strong skills in Video Making, Shooting & Editing
• Ability to create engaging Reels, TikToks, Stories, Posts & Promotional Videos
• Good knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar tools
• Experience with Meta/Facebook & Instagram Ads
• Product photography and creative product shooting skills
• Strong understanding of social media trends, content strategy and audience engagement
• Ability to write engaging captions, hooks and video scripts
• Experience in Printing, Packaging, Wedding Cards or E-commerce will be a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and grow our social media platforms
• Plan and create monthly content
• Shoot wedding cards, printing & packaging products
• Edit and publish professional videos and Reels
• Manage social media campaigns and paid advertisements
• Research trends and competitors
• Monitor performance, reach, engagement and leads
• Develop creative ideas to increase brand awareness and customer inquiries

HYBRID WORKING MODEL

3 Days Office + Remaining Days Work From Home

The candidate will visit our office 3 days a week for:

• Product shooting
• Photography
• Content planning
• Meetings & coordination

The remaining work, including video editing, designing, captions, scheduling, content management and reporting, can be completed from home.

SALARY & GROWTH

Starting Salary: Rs. 30,000/month

Salary will be reviewed and increased over time based on performance, skills, responsibility and results.
