Social Media Executive (Community Management)

Job Description:

As a Social Media Executive specializing in Community Management at StormFiber, you will be responsible for fostering a positive and engaged online community around our brand. We are seeking a creative individual with excellent written communication skills and a passion for building relationships with our customers through social media.

Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture a vibrant online community by engaging with customers across various social media platforms.
• Monitor social media channels for comments, questions, and concerns from our community members, and respond in a timely and empathetic manner.
• Cultivate relationships with customers and brand advocates to encourage positive word-of-mouth and brand loyalty.
• Develop and implement community engagement strategies to encourage participation and interaction among our followers.
• Identify trends and insights within the community and provide feedback to internal teams to improve products, services, and customer experience.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure community feedback is integrated into our business processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in community management, social media management, or digital marketing.
• Excellent written communication skills with a focus on empathy and customer service.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Ability to identify and respond to both positive and negative sentiment within the community with professionalism and tact.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content and activities to foster community interaction.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• A passion for technology and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
