Social Media Executive (Junior)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Junior Social Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling content across our social media platforms, engaging with our community, and analyzing trends to ensure that our content is fresh and relevant. This role requires a keen interest in social media trends, a strong understanding of content creation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Content Creation & Scheduling:
• Develop innovative content ideas for various social media platforms.
• Schedule posts using social media management tools to maintain a consistent presence online.
• Create both long-form and short-form videos tailored for YouTube, incorporating current trends and audience preferences.

Community Engagement:

• Monitor and engage with users on social media platforms, especially within groups, to foster a positive community and increase brand loyalty.
• Respond to comments and queries in a timely manner.
• Participate in relevant social groups and forums to promote brand visibility and engagement.

Trend Analysis & Research:

• Conduct research on current trends in social media content and digital marketing.
• Analyze competitors and stay updated with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
• Research and evaluate the latest trends in YouTube video topics to create content that captures interest and engagement.

Video Production:

• Plan and execute the production of video content, from conceptualization to editing, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance video content strategies.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Track and report on social media engagement metrics, such as likes, shares, comments, and growth of follower base.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on performance metrics.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
• Strong understanding of YouTube content creation and video editing skills.
• Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
