Social Media Executive & Video Editor

Job Description

Ecom Era is an Amazon and e-commerce agency looking for a creative Social Media Manager & Video Editor to own our content output end to end. If you can turn raw footage into short-form video people actually watch — and you're already using AI tools to produce more, faster — we want to see your work.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule posts across all social channels
• Edit Reels, TikToks, and short-form video with strong hooks and pacing
• Produce AI-generated and AI-assisted video content (UGC-style ads, product videos, faceless content, AI avatars and voiceovers)
• Design social creatives, thumbnails, and static posts
• Manage and grow our Facebook and Instagram pages
• Monitor trends, formats, and competitor content, and bring ideas forward
• Report on content performance and iterate based on what works

Requirements

• Hands-on video editing experience (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
• Practical experience with AI video and content tools — e.g. Sora, Veo, Runway, Kling, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Midjourney
• Ability to write effective prompts and iterate toward a specific creative result

Nice to Have

• E-commerce, Amazon, or agency experience
• AI UGC ad creation for paid social
• Motion graphics or basic After Effects
• Copywriting for social captions
