Social Media Marketer

We are seeking a motivated and skilled results-driven Social Media Marketer with strong expertise in paid marketing campaigns to manage and optimize client-side projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and monitoring paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms to ensure maximum ROI and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement paid marketing strategies for clients across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns to achieve targeted KPIs (clicks, leads, conversions, ROI).
• Conduct detailed audience and market research to enhance ad targeting and performance.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare analytics reports, and recommend improvements based on data insights.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging ad creatives and copy.
• Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and communication.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates.
• Manage and grow clients’ organic presence across social media platforms through content planning and engagement strategies.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to align strategies and present performance reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of proven experience in paid marketing and social media management (agency experience preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a night/evening shift environment and handle international client accounts.
