We’re Hiring | Social Media Marketing Executive

Are you passionate about books, social media, and creative content?

We’re looking for a *Social Media Marketing Executive* who understands the online book community and can turn book-related ideas into engaging content.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage monthly social media content calendars
• Create, shoot, edit & publish Reels, TikToks and photos
• Write creative copy for Instagram, Facebook & TikTok
• Manage comments, DMs and reader engagement
• Support book launches, digital campaigns, store events & author meet-and-greets
• Track content performance and suggest improvements

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of Social Media/Digital Marketing experience
• Genuine passion for books and reading
• Familiarity with BookTok & Bookstagram
• Proficiency in CapCut, Canva or similar tools
• Strong creativity, content writing & communication skills
• Retail, publishing, lifestyle or media experience is a plus
