Social Media Marketer/ Content Creator

We are looking for a creative, results-driven Social Media Marketing & Content Creator to manage our social media presence, create engaging video content, grow our online audience, and generate qualified leads for our website and services.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media trends, video production, content creation, and digital marketing. This role requires someone who can develop content strategies, create high-quality videos for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, and drive traffic and conversions through social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management

• Manage and grow company social media accounts.
• Create and publish daily content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Schedule posts and maintain a consistent content calendar.
• Monitor engagement, comments, messages, and audience interactions.

Content Creation

• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels.
• Create engaging graphics, carousels, stories, and promotional content.
• Develop viral and trend-based content strategies.
• Write compelling captions, hashtags, and call-to-action

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing.
• Proven experience managing TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube accounts.
• Strong video shooting and editing skills.
• Knowledge of social media algorithms and trends.
• Experience using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Understanding of lead generation and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and content writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month
