* The Parthenon is a UAE-based consultancy delivering SEO, web development, automation, AI solutions, and digital marketing services across multiple industries including real estate, hospitality, professional services, and technology.

* We are seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to take ownership of social media delivery across multiple client accounts.

* This is a hands-on role involving content strategy, content planning, content creation oversight, publishing, reporting, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

* Responsibilities

* Manage multiple client social media accounts

* Create monthly content calendars aligned with client goals

* Develop content ideas for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts

* Write captions, hooks, and content briefs

* Design or oversee creation of Canva graphics and carousel posts

* Edit or oversee short-form video content

* Schedule and publish content

* Prepare monthly performance reports

* Attend client meetings when required

* Manage content approval workflows

* Stay up to date with social media trends and platform updates

* Utilize AI tools to improve efficiency and content quality

Essential Qualifications

* Requirements

* Must Have

* Minimum 3 years of social media management experience

* Strong Canva skills

* Strong CapCut or equivalent video editing skills

* Excellent written and spoken English

* Experience managing multiple brands or client accounts

* Experience creating content calendars and reports

* Proficiency with ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI tools

* Strong organizational and project management skills

* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Desirable Attributes and Experience

* Preferred

* Agency experience

* Experience working with UAE, GCC, or international clients

* Knowledge of real estate, hospitality, or professional services industries

* Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing

* Experience with Meta Business Suite and TikTok Business tools

Key Responsibilities within the First 90 Days

* Independently manage client content calendars

* Coordinate approvals with minimal supervision

* Deliver content consistently and on time

* Produce meaningful monthly reports

* Act as the primary social media point of contact for assigned clients
