Supply Chain Officer

Kifayat Publishers is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Supply Chain Officer in Head office located at PECHS block 2 Karachi.

In this role, you will be an integral part of our supply chain operations, ensuring timely order fulfillment, managing customer inquiries, and supporting logistics processes.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in supply chain or related field.

Salary: PKR 40,000 to 50,000

Education: Graduate.

Job Timings: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Mon – Sat)

Key Responsibilities:

-Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and distributors

-Organize and oversee inventory by keeping a detailed database of available inventory and expected usage per project

-Regular monitoring of supplier delivery and quality performance

-Respond to customer inquiries on order processing, delivery status, and product availability.

-Collaborate with the supply chain team for timely deliveries and track shipments.

-Resolve issues related to order fulfillment, inventory shortages, and delayed shipments.

-Maintain customer records and update order details.

-Assist in returns, exchanges, and order adjustments.

-Communicate proactively with customers about delivery updates.

-Contribute to supply chain performance reports.
