Job Description:

As a Surveillance Officer at Fresh Basket, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and safeguarding our facilities and assets. You will be responsible for observing activities through surveillance cameras and reporting any suspicious behavior or security breaches to the appropriate authorities.

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor surveillance cameras and security systems to detect and deter unauthorized activities.
2. Maintain detailed records of surveillance footage and incidents.
3. Conduct regular audits and inspections of surveillance equipment to ensure optimal performance.
4. Prepare comprehensive reports documenting security incidents, observations, and recommended actions.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in security management is preferred.
- Proven experience in surveillance operations or a related field.
- Proficiency in operating surveillance equipment and security systems.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain focused for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
