Help Protect Real Estate Transactions Before They Become Problems

Every successful real estate transaction depends on accurate information.

Before a property changes hands, potential issues must be identified, documentation must be reviewed carefully, and survey details must align with title records. When something is overlooked, transactions can be delayed, costs can increase, and risks can go unnoticed.

We're looking for a detail-oriented Survey Reviewer to support our title and real estate operations team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring surveys are accurate, complete, and reviewed thoroughly while helping identify issues that could impact title and closing timelines.

If you enjoy analyzing details, solving problems, and playing an important role in real estate transactions, this could be an excellent opportunity to grow your career.

What You'll Do

You'll serve as a key resource in coordinating surveys, reviewing documentation, and helping ensure potential issues are identified and resolved before they impact a transaction.

Responsibilities include:

Review new and prior surveys for accuracy, completeness, and potential title-related concerns
Review survey results and identify discrepancies, encroachments, easements, or other issues that may impact title
Analyze survey documents and property information to identify potential concerns
Assist with researching and resolving survey-related questions and discrepancies

Communicate with surveyors to provide documentation and information needed to complete surveys
Track survey orders and follow up on outstanding requests
Maintain consistent communication throughout the survey process to ensure timely completion
Team Collaboration & Communication

You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to help keep transactions moving forward.
Responsibilities include:
Collaborate with title, processing, and underwriting teams to resolve survey-related matters
Provide updates on survey status to internal teams and clients as needed
Communicate professionally with surveyors, vendors, clients, and stakeholders
Support the resolution of issues that may affect transaction timelines
Documentation & File Management

Organization and accuracy are essential to success in this role.
Responsibilities include:

Maintain accurate records and documentation for all survey files
Ensure survey-related information remains organized and up to date
Manage multiple files, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
Maintain a high level of accuracy across all assigned work
What Success Looks Like

In this role, success means:

Survey orders are coordinated and completed on time
Survey documents are reviewed accurately and thoroughly
Potential title-related issues are identified early
Discrepancies, encroachments, easements, and other concerns are properly documented and addressed
Internal teams have the information they need to keep transactions moving
Clients and stakeholders receive timely updates
Survey files remain organized, accurate, and complete
Transactions progress with fewer delays and surprises
What You Bring

We're looking for someone who combines strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and organization.
Required Qualifications

Previous experience in title insurance, real estate, surveying, or a related field
Understanding of how surveys relate to title insurance and real estate transactions
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to review and interpret survey documents and property information
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Experience coordinating with third-party vendors and service providers
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Professional experience interacting with clients and external partners
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency with standard office software and document management systems
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a title company, law firm, survey company, or real estate environment

Why This Role Matters

Every survey tells part of a property's story.

Your work helps uncover potential issues before they become costly problems, supports smoother real estate transactions, and provides the information title and underwriting teams need to make informed decisions.

By ensuring surveys are accurate, complete, and properly reviewed, you'll play an important role in protecting transactions, supporting clients, and helping deals move forward with confidence.
