Position: Sales-Business Planning & Agriculture Officer

Location: Hyderabad-Sindh

Job type: Regular (HRSG renewable annual contract)

Sector: Agriculture

Oversee: The Sales & Agri Officer will be responsible for overseeing fertilizer sales targets at fertilizer Outlets, providing essential crop advisory services to farmers, and executing new projects as directed by the Head of Business Planning and Strategy. This role requires a dynamic individual who can drive sales performance, enhance farmer engagement, and collaborate effectively with various departments.

Description:

Supervise and ensure the achievement of fertilizer sales targets for fertilizer outlets.
Evaluate the performance of Centre In-charges and Field Assistants to drive sales excellence.
Provide expert crop advisory services to farmers, enhancing their knowledge and practices.
Maintain strong relationships with Agriculture Departments and stakeholders to foster collaboration.
Conduct field tours to monitor Field Assistants’ presence and enhance farmer engagement.
Provide training to Outlet staff on balanced fertilizer use, new farming techniques, and the importance of soil and water sampling.
Requirement:

Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture.
Proven experience in sales, agricultural services, or a related role, preferably within the agricultural sector.
Strong understanding of farming practices and crop management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective farmer engagement and collaboration.
