Role Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Travel Agency Manager to lead our Karachi team. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing the sales team, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales, optimizing team performance, and maintaining our high standards of service.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the daily operations of the travel agency.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Ensure high-quality customer service and address customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
Organize and manage Hajj and Umrah travel packages, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Plan and coordinate guided tours, ensuring a smooth and enriching experience for our clients.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Ensure team members are properly trained and equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
Maintain a strong understanding of travel booking software and systems.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Travel Agency operations, specifically related to organizing Hajj and Umrah travel.
Experience working in a UK or USA-based call center environment is highly desirable.
Demonstrable skills in Team Management and driving team productivity.
Strong Sales and Sales Management capabilities with a proven track record of achieving targets.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic on-site environment in Karachi.
Bachelor's degree in Travel Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
Proficiency in travel booking software and systems.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: PKR 60k to PKR 150k (commensurate with experience)
Commission: Attractive commission structure based on performance
