Zee.sy is a fast-growing fashion & jewelry brand expanding across Pakistan with multiple retail stores and a rapidly growing e-commerce business. We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant Manager to help manage daily warehouse operations and inventory accuracy.

Role Overview

You will support warehouse operations, ensure accurate inventory management, and maintain fast and error-free order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and warehouse staff
• Manage picking, packing, QC and dispatch processes
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock control
• Coordinate with retail and e-commerce teams for stock needs
• Monitor dispatch timelines and reduce delays
• Improve warehouse processes and efficiency
• Ensure warehouse discipline and SOP compliance

System Requirement (Important)

• Must be familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Experience working with inventory software / ERP is a strong plus

• Order dispatch time
• Picking & packing accuracy
• Inventory accuracy
• Stock-out reduction
• Return handling efficiency

Requirements

• 2–4 years experience in warehouse / logistics / operations
• Experience in e-commerce or retail warehouse preferred
• Strong team supervision skills
• Basic Excel & reporting knowledge
• Strong problem-solving mindset
