Position: Admin Executive - Karachi

Key Responsibility:

 Manage front-desk duties including greeting visitors, handling phone calls and correspondence.
 Maintain office supplies, place orders, and manage vendor relationships.
 Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics for staff and management.
 Perform basic bookkeeping tasks: processing invoices, expense claims and petty cash reconciliation.
 Maintain and organize filing systems, records and office documentation (physical and electronic).
 Support HR-related administrative tasks such as onboarding documentation, attendance tracking and leave records.
 Ensure office facilities are well-maintained and coordinate repairs/maintenance as needed.
 Assist with ad-hoc administrative projects and provide support to other departments as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

 Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or office executive role.
 Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
 Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
 Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field preferred.
 Must be based in Karachi and available to work from the office on a permanent basis.
