We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Meta Ads Specialist to spearhead lead generation efforts in the USA for our client's coaching program, focused on developing speakers. This role will be crucial in driving qualified leads, optimizing state-specific budgets, and ultimately increasing sales through targeted Meta ad campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of niche marketing, audience segmentation, and performance-driven strategies, all within the context of managing a client's advertising.
Key Responsibilities:
USA Lead Generation & Sales Growth (Client's Program):
Develop and execute targeted Meta ad campaigns specifically designed to generate high-quality leads for our client's coaching program in the USA.
Implement niche-specific strategies to attract individuals seeking to become professional speakers, tailored to our client's program objectives.
Drive sales growth by optimizing campaigns for conversions and maximizing ROI, ensuring alignment with our client's goals.
Work closely with our client's sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and conversion.
Campaign Management & Optimization:
Set up, manage, and optimize Meta ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta platforms.
Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to identify ideal client profiles within specific states.
Implement A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and targeting to maximize performance.
Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and adjustments.
State-Specific Budget Management:
Allocate and manage ad budgets across different states within the USA, optimizing spending based on performance and ROI.
Develop and implement budget scaling strategies to maximize lead generation within each state.
Provide regular reports on budget utilization and campaign performance by state.
Funnel and Automation Collaboration:
Work in collaboration with the funnel development and automation team to ensure that the ad campaigns are working optimally with the funnel.
Ensure proper Facebook linking to GHL.
Reporting & Analysis:
Generate and present detailed reports on campaign performance, including key metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, CPA, and ROI.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Provide regular performance updates and reports to both internal teams and the client.
Provide reports on state by state performance.
Client Communication Management:
Maintain clear and consistent communication with the client regarding campaign performance and strategy.
Qualifications:
BS Honors Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing Meta ad campaigns with a focus on lead generation and sales growth in the USA for client accounts.
Strong understanding of niche marketing and audience segmentation.
Expertise in budget allocation and optimization, particularly across different geographic regions.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and other relevant digital marketing tools.
Strong communication and organizational skills, particularly in a client-facing context.
Experience with lead capturing processes such as funnels, call bookings and closing.
Experience with tracking and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, and Meta pixel.
Preferred Skills:
Certification in Meta Ads or Digital Marketing.
Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
Familiarity with the coaching and personal development industry.
