Job Description

Their duties and responsibilities include:

1. Application Processing & Documentation

  • Submitting student applications to the universities with completeness and accuracy within the deadline.
  • Ensuring all required documents are submitted.
  • Coordinating with students to collect missing documents.
  • Assisting students in filling out visa application forms.

2. University Coordination

  • Communicating with university admission offices for application updates.
  • Following up on application statuses and notifying students of decisions.

3. Record Keeping

  • Maintaining a database of student applications, follow-ups, and university responses.
  • Tracking application progress and keeping students updated.

4. Compliance & Policies

  • Ensuring compliance with university regulations.
  • Keeping updated on changes in university admission criteria.

5. Customer Service & Problem Solving

  • Acting as a bridge between students and universities.
  • Addressing student queries and resolving application-related issues.
  • Providing solutions for rejected applications or alternative options for students.
