Supply chain Officer

Job Description

We are looking for a Supply chain officer to efficiently manage and coordinate production schedules to meet targets. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal resource utilization, timely order fulfillment, and smooth workflow across production units.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production plans to meet targets and deadlines.
• Coordinate with production, supply chain, and procurement teams to ensure material availability.
• Monitor workflows, schedules, and production progress, making adjustments as needed.
• Optimize resources, manpower, and machine utilization for maximum efficiency.
• Identify and resolve delays, bottlenecks, or production issues to maintain smooth operations.
• Ensure production meets quality standards and customer requirements.
• Generate and analyze production reports to improve efficiency and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with management to forecast production needs and capacity planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelors in Supply Chain, Production Management, or related field required; Master’s will be preferred.
• Proven experience as a Production Planner or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, scheduling, and workflow optimization.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and production planning software.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
