We’re Hiring: Sales & Appointment Setter / Cold Caller [Night Shift] - On Site Karachi

About the Role

You’ll be on the front lines of outreach, connecting with prospects, generating leads, and setting qualified appointments. This is a high-ownership role for someone who’s confident on calls and motivated to close.

Key Responsibilities:

Cold Calling & Outreach: Engage prospects via phone, email, and other channels using provided and self-sourced leads.

Lead Generation: Research and identify new prospects to build a strong pipeline.

Appointment Setting: Qualify leads through natural conversations and book meetings for our sales team.

Deal Closing: Address objections, communicate value clearly, and move prospects to the next step.

CRM & Follow-Up: Maintain accurate records and follow up consistently to nurture leads.

What We’re Looking For:

Fluency in English - clear spoken and written communication is a must

Strong Conversational Skills - you know how to build rapport and keep conversations flowing

Confident Communicator - comfortable speaking with strangers and handling objections

Closing Ability - you understand how to guide prospects toward a decision

Fast Learner & Adaptable - you pick up new products, scripts, and tools quickly

Education: O/A Levels preferred. Intermediate and university students are encouraged to apply if you have strong communication skills

Details:

Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM [Night Shift]

Training: Full product and process training provided

Compensation: Base salary (PKR 30-40,000) + performance-based commission and bonuses 4%
