Sales Representative

eem Travel is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team in Karachi.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage customer inquiries received through WhatsApp, social media, and other online channels, guide customers through our products, and convert inquiries into successful sales. We are looking for someone who enjoys talking to customers, has strong communication skills, and is passionate about achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries on WhatsApp in a professional and timely manner.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Convert customer inquiries into confirmed orders.
• Follow up with potential customers who have not completed their purchase.
• Build trust with customers by providing accurate product information.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth order processing.
• Maintain records of customer conversations and sales.
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience before and after the sale.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or e-commerce is preferred.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp Business and social media platforms.
• Ability to handle multiple customer conversations simultaneously.
• Positive attitude with a strong sales mindset.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and target-driven.
• Basic computer skills.
• Fluency in Urdu; basic English is an advantage.
