Key Responsibilities:

- Making phone calls and briefing new customers about real estate projects.

- Performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value.

- Setting appointments and site visits.

- Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads to nurture relationships and convert them into clients.

- Accurately log call details, lead information, and updates in the CRM system.

- Provide helpful information to clients regarding properties, market trends, and company services.

Requirements & Skills:

- Should have bachelor’s degree but master’s is a plus.

- A minimum of 6 months of experience in the real estate business is required.

- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.

- Should be comfortable engaging in on-camera activities for social media content.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
