Full job description

Job Summary:

Imam Clinic is looking for the Assistant Administrator who supports daily hospital operations by coordinating with departments, ensuring policy compliance, facilitate administrator in management such as costing , review invoices and provide efficient and effective administrative support to Front Desk, Security, Fleet and Food and Services in accordance with organization policies and procedures.

Job Description:

  • Support day-to-day hospital administrative and operational activities
  • Coordinate with non-clinical departments for smooth workflow
  • Implement and monitor hospital policies, SOPs, and procedures
  • Manage administrative documentation, reports, and official correspondence
  • Assist with staff coordination, duty rosters, attendance, and discipline matter
  • Assist in audits, inspections, accreditation, and compliance processes
  • Address patient and staff administrative issues and escalate when necessary
  • Oversee facility-related matters and coordinate with maintenance and support teams
  • Responsible for coordination with QA department for the development and improvement of his/her department

Job Specification:

  • Bachelor’s / Masters
  • 1–3 years of hospital administration experience
  • Good communication/people management skills/ MS Office skills
