Job Summary

We are seeking a highly articulate and professional Assistant Manager – International Sales to drive global revenue and expansion for our client's premier exhibitions and events. This is an indoor, office-based role that heavily relies on impeccable English communication skills (both oral and written).

The ideal candidate must possess the sophistication and diplomacy required to confidently engage, pitch, and build relationships with high-profile stakeholders, including foreign embassies, ambassadors, and multinational corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute international sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for exhibitions and events.
  • Identify, approach, and acquire new exhibitors, sponsors, and corporate clients across international markets.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation, contract signing, and closing.
  • Generate revenue through exhibition space sales, sponsorship packages, branding opportunities, and other event-related commercial offerings.
  • Conduct market research to identify new industries, regions, and business opportunities for future events.
  • Can confidently represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that support international sales initiatives.
  • Work closely with event operations and project management teams to ensure client expectations are delivered successfully before, during, and after each event.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports for senior management.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and ensure profitable business agreements while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, and client communications.
  • Achieve assigned KPIs, including revenue targets, exhibitor acquisition, sponsorship sales, client retention, and international market expansion.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably within exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, events, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding international sales targets.
  • Strong international business development and client acquisition skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities.
  • Experience working with multinational clients and cross-cultural business environments.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Self-motivated, commercially driven, and capable of working independently in a target-oriented environment.

Salary
Base salary : 60,000 to 80,000 + Attractive Sales Commission

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
