AutoCAD Operator

Usk International is seeking a detail-oriented AutoCAD Operator with proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and 3D to contribute to our design and drafting projects. The ideal candidate is either fresh or has up to two years of experience, demonstrating a strong command of AutoCAD software to create precise technical drawings and plans that meet project specifications. This role involves working closely with engineers and architects to translate concepts into detailed designs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry standards. Responsibilities
 

• Create accurate 2D and 3D technical drawings using AutoCAD software based on project requirements and specifications.
• Develop, modify, and update detailed construction and design plans to facilitate project development.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and other team members to understand design requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Review and interpret sketches, blueprints, and technical documentation to produce precise digital drawings.
• Maintain organized and well-documented drawing files and records for easy retrieval and reference.
• Incorporate feedback from project stakeholders into revisions of drawings while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Ensure all drawings comply with company standards, industry codes, and regulatory guidelines.
• Assist in preparing presentations or reports that illustrate design concepts and project progress when required.
• Continuously update knowledge of AutoCAD features, software updates, and industry best practices to enhance drawing efficiency and quality.
• Support project teams by providing technical assistance and advice related to drafting and design problems.
