Key Responsibilities: 1. Inventory Management
Maintain accurate stock levels of all items.
Perform regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system records.
Monitor expiry dates (if applicable) and ensure proper rotation of stock (FIFO/LIFO).
Identify slow-moving and fast-moving items.
2. Receiving & Issuance
Receive materials, equipment, and supplies with proper documentation (GRN / Delivery Challan).
Inspect received goods for quality and quantity.
Issue items to departments against approved requisitions.
Maintain proper records of issued items.
3. Store Operations & Organization
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and properly labeled.
Categorize items for easy identification and retrieval.
Maintain safety standards in the store (fire safety, proper stacking, ventilation).
4. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain updated inventory records (manual or software-based).
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
Report stock shortages, damages, and discrepancies to management.
Maintain documentation for audits and compliance.
5. Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and all departments for timely supply of items.
Notify management for re-ordering of stock when needed.
Resolve store-related issues promptly and professionally.
6. Compliance & Policies
Ensure all store activities follow organizational policies and procedures.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive store information.
Assist in internal and external audits when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate or BS Degree in Supply Chain (preferred).
2–3 years of experience in store or inventory management.
Strong record-keeping and documentation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and inventory software.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and responsibly.
