About the Role

Kaaf Media Network is seeking a high-performing B2B Business Development Executive to join our team in Karachi. This role is strictly for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are capable of driving value-driven sales for our IT service offerings.

You will be responsible for identifying and connecting with mid-tier clients, building long-term relationships, and effectively articulating the value of our solutions. Success in this role requires a professional command of the English language, a clear accent, and a solid foundational understanding of the IT services landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Targeted Outreach: Execute strategic outbound campaigns to identify and engage decision-makers within mid-tier companies.
• Sales Execution: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation, focusing on driving value-driven outcomes rather than just volume.
• Technical Proficiency: Maintain a deep understanding of our IT service portfolio to provide consultative solutions to prospective clients.
• Communication: Utilize a professional English accent to communicate effectively with international stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, specifically within the IT services or digital agency space.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. You must be able to hold high-level business conversations with confidence.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify pain points and offer relevant, value-driven IT solutions.
• Reliability: You must be local to Karachi and fully committed to working our Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM PKT).
