As our US Operations Division continues to expand, we are looking for confident, motivated, and target-driven Sales Executives to join our growing team.

About the Role

This is not a cold-calling position.

You'll work with warm leads and existing US-based customers who are already familiar with our products and services. Your role is to understand customer needs, recommend the right solutions, build lasting relationships, and convert opportunities into successful sales while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with warm leads and existing customers through professional sales conversations.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales and performance targets.
• Accurately maintain customer records using CRM software.
• Work closely with team leaders to improve conversion rates and overall sales performance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction.

Experience

Previous experience in Sales, Telemarketing, Customer Service, or Call Center Operations is an advantage but not required.

Work Schedule

Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Fixed Shifts (No Rotation):

• 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
• 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM
• 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Location: Gulistan-e-Johar, Block 14, Karachi

Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent | On-Site

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: PKR 40,000 – 60,000
• Uncapped commission with unlimited earning potential
• PKR 3,000 monthly punctuality bonus
