Outreach/Sales & Business Development Executive (AI SaaS)

Location: Bahria Town Phase 8, Rawalpindi
Job Type: On-site / Hybrid / Remote (Open to all)

About the Role

We're looking for a highly motivated Outreach & Business Development Executive to help grow an innovative AI SaaS product. Your primary responsibility will be identifying potential customers, reaching out through multiple channels, booking meetings, and generating qualified leads.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients.
  • Reach out via LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and other outbound channels.
  • Generate qualified leads and book product demos.
  • Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects.
  • Maintain CRM and outreach records.
  • Work closely with the founder to improve outreach strategies.
  • Meet weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
  • Suggest new outreach ideas and growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B outreach, sales, lead generation, or business development.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn, email outreach, and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience selling SaaS products.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and automation.
  • Experience with cold emailing platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, Instantly, or similar tools.
