Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our students and prospects, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout their journey with Analytix Camp.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to inquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, emails, and social media.
Assist students with course information, enrollment processes, and payment queries.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in the CRM system.
Coordinate with instructors and internal teams to resolve student issues efficiently.
Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture them toward enrollment.
Provide feedback from customers to the management team to enhance services.
Support event organization (e.g., demo classes, webinars, graduation ceremonies).
Ensure a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
1-2 years of experience in a customer support or front-desk role (fresh graduates with strong communication skills can also apply).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM systems.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a customer-first approach.
