Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative based in Karachi. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities on Upwork, managing client relationships, presenting services and solutions, and closing deals. The role involves daily communication with potential clients, preparing sales proposals, and collaborating with our project teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Experience with Upwork and other freelance platforms, sales strategies, and lead generation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prepare compelling proposals and presentations
Knowledge of digital marketing, web development, and IT solutions
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
