Weblixor is a fast-growing digital agency offering end-to-end solutions, from web and app development to SEO, branding, and custom software. As we continue to expand, we’re seeking driven Cold Callers to help us connect with global clients and grow our reach.
Your Role:
As a Cold Caller, you’ll introduce Weblixor’s services to potential clients, generate qualified leads, and set appointments for our sales team. This is a commission-based opportunity, with the potential for a base salary based on performance and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
Make 200–250 outbound calls daily to business prospects
Present Weblixor’s services with clarity and confidence
Generate qualified leads and schedule sales appointments
Maintain accurate call records and follow-ups
Collaborate with the internal sales team for conversions
Compensation:
Earn 10% commission on every closed deal
Example: Close a $2,500 sale? You earn $250
Base salary may be offered in addition to commission based on proven performance
A legal contract ensures full transparency and accountability
Who Should Apply:
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
Self-motivated, confident, and proactive
Able to work independently in a remote setup
Comfortable with flexible or international time zones
Sales or cold calling experience is a plus, but not mandatory—we value potential and enthusiasm
