We're seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our night shift team.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
  • Identify and analyze customer issues, providing effective solutions in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams while ensuring follow-up for resolution.
  • Deliver accurate, valid, and complete information to customers using the right methods and tools.
  • Adhere to all communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency in customer support.
  • Contribute positively to team dynamics by assisting team members and accomplishing related tasks as necessary.
  • Utilize CRM software to track customer inquiries and monitor service quality and performance.
  • Employ active listening techniques to fully understand customer concerns and address their needs effectively.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to improve skills and enhance customer service capabilities.
